About

My introduction to cooking and food came from a very early age. My father did most of the cooking at home and I would enjoy learning from a distance, as well as occasionally helping out to learn a thing or two.

As I gained a few tricks I started helping out more and more in the kitchen, and eventually was cooking simple recipies for my family. After many failed attempts, hours watching cooking shows and youtube clips, and test runs on my friends – I finally began to get a grip on flavors and how they all come together.

Jump forward to the year 2019, I moved across the country and have been exploring new foods, new countries, and new recipies. And now I will be bringing them to you! Welcome abord my friends and I hope you enjoy my culinary journey!
